As Summer approaches, I start to wonder what music I'm gonna annoy my neighbours with and James Pants is gonna be the perfect soundtrack for wide open windows.

David Ramos (of TOCA and Anonymous Inc) has pieced together a lo-fi instrument explosion of an album. He bounces from one style to another often in the same song with effortless ease. Whether it's alt-folk or fast raps he's always on point. He was named as one of the Top 10 most progressive Drummers in the World so it's no surprise that the percussive elements are super nice too.

Subtle aren't scared to switch things up. After the intricate unclassifiable oddness of 2nd album 'For Hero:For Fool' they're set to return with an lp of alt-pop songs to complete the trilogy of Hour Hero Yes. The preview songs are still distinctively Subtle but they burrow in the brain right away...
