Carlos y Gaby have made a strange album to listen to, it doesn't sound like it's been created, more discovered. It strikes me as a series of soundtrack sketches for movies that never made it. Obscurred field recordings creep in and out, beautifully strung out synths wooze and weave between intermittent (yet insistent) beats.
Sometimes you're not sure where you're being taken and yet it's utterly compelling.
Headphone music at it's best.

Plug in...

Happy Summer Solstice (I Love You, I Laugh You)

Sugar Flowers (Flyin' High Is The Cornerstone)

'La Voz Sabia De Los Comos' gets a vinyl release on Alpha Pup on 18th March or you can buy the mp3 release now from itunes...

p.s
the album also features a smashing Daedelus remix too
